Corporate Governance Report

Linc complies with NASDAQ Stockholm’s regulations for issuers and applies the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance (the “Code”). The corporate governance report shall state that the Code is applied by the company and how the company has applied the Code during the most recent financial year.
